Very nice look. You can tell the sister has gusto. ;) I wear this look often; however I have found most of the sheath dresses to be at almost knee length and I always buy them a few sizes larger so that they are appropriately loose. I do what another sister suggested....wear a matching undershirt instead of jackets/sweater.

I agree with one of the sisters that this look is expensive (especially for a college student), however you can get a look of similar beauty or even better at stores like TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Ross. Today I bought 5 dresses for only 125$. I shop regularly at Macy's, Black and White, but I think the dresses I got at TJ Maxx were much prettier to what is being sold at these stores recently. I just don't know how to post pictures on this site, otherwise I would have so that perhaps some sisters could get inspired to shop more at stores such as TJ Maxx.

I have been looking at hijab style sites and blogs (there seem to be a million of them recently). I have been a little dissapointed becuase these sites showcase outfits and styles that show hijab as mearly covering hair and not the full body. They almost make it seem that dressing in loose fitting outfits is only for older women. What I love about this site is how its very proper. No skinny jeans, belts, or tight fitting clothes on display. Then anyone can modify it for their comfort level. Thank You Sister Kima!!!

Salaam!! I read once that women should not wear high heels... or rather just can not "strike" their heels as it was mentioned in Hadith. Because it attracts attention such as the scent of perfume and other things we should be careful of in the Hijab wardrobe (tight clothing, "flashy-ness", etc.) Do the shoes on your website click-clack when you walk? Just curious. Because if they do not make noise, they are permissible correct? Otherwise, shouldn't they be avoided? Nevertheless, most of the time they are uncomfortable. I prefer comfortable flats! I would love to see some more of that! Well, thanks! This Jacket is SO PERFECT! I wish it were a little less expensive (college student here!)... but I suppose it is a good price if the quality is nice. *Sigh* I just can't afford it, lol! Anyway, I was just messaging inquiring about the high heel thing. Take care, inshAllah!

my friend wears sheath dresses and hijab but she does it in a innapropriate way. i don't like the way she doesn't wear a jacket /cardigan over the top of the dress even though it is mid length sleeve. i love the way you've styled the sheath dress here though, it looks fashionable and doesn't show too much.
