I have a few announcements to make.
1) My Muslim women’s magazine is finally coming out! It is an online magazine called Muslimette. Click here to find out how to subscribe. Please subscribe! :-) It’s been a long time coming, but it’s finally here!
2) If you’re interested in contributing to Muslimette, please check out the Contribute page to find out about our writing, modeling, blogging, and other opportunities.
3) We Love Hijab is running an Eid Hijab Style contest. The first contestant will be posted here tomorrow (Edit: I meant to say Monday.) inshallah. If you want to enter the contest, please send an email with your age, location, occupation, and at least one picture of your Eid outfit to welovehijab @ yahoo . com … the prize will be announced later inshallah.

Wow! I’m REALLY interested in your muslimette magazine. But I have one question, and please answer it, because I really want to subscribe. So can muslimette send me everything on e-mail? Like can I read everything online instead of you sending it to my house? I’m not really sure how the whole thing goes. Thanks!

Thanks Jee Jee! The magazine is completely online. We will not be shipping anything to our readers… Unless we have a contest or something, but everyone will be reading the magazine online.

We Love Hijab will still be running inshallah. Hopefully with more frequent posts once I finish setting up the Muslimette site.

Yes the magazine will contain much more than the blog. It will have full articles, fashion spreads and other content that will not be featured in the Muslimette Blog.
Every subscriber has a username and password that they will use to login to read Muslimette Magazine. I created a FAQ page which addresses some common questions about Muslimette. Check it out inshallah and let me know if you need more information. :-)
BTW: Do let me know if you’d like to contribute to Muslimette in any way.
